Hi, I just noticed that Fotolia V3 is now online. Hopefully everything will be working like clockwork

I wouldn't mind the clock breaking and buyers going to a site that pays me higher commissions :)

Nice, I like the new site (really).
They didn't even spend anything to redesign the site, as we'll be paying for it with the new commission cut  ;D

Good is that "Convert" button is visible on dashboard.
Bad is that I won't need it that often thanks to changes in prices.

Sorted - "Favourites" link pointing to a now non-existent page!

it will be good if we can see features how much an image had earned totally.

From an uploading (FTP) perspective it seems to work fine. Other than the empty space I have to scroll through to get to my images, I don't see any functional difference.

Likely just a coincidence, but the new site makes deleting images a royal pain.  Used to be the file count was on every page, so I could use that to measure my progress as I deleted 100 files at a time.  No more; now I have to keep two pages up and refresh the second to see how much I've done.  And the deleting is broken in a small way; now after I delete an image it goes back to page 1 and I have to return manually to the page I want.  It's almost as if they want to discourage me.  But that's silly, right?

I've been exploring around, but I can't seem to find a list of the files that have sold, including the sub ones, today.  There's that portion of the dashboard that shows ten of your latest files sold, but they are all credit sales, and my sitemail says that I have sold some subs.

I also can't seem to find the files that I uploaded via ftp last night, but haven't yet submitted.

Is that file list we used to have still accessible somewhere and I am just overlooking it??

ETA:  Oh - Nevermind.  I found them HERE:  http://us.fotolia.com/Member/Contents

When using "My Dashboard"; it's under My Files, Manage my Files. I struggled to find it too ...

Clicking on My Files - Manage My Files is exactly the same as just clicking on My Files like you used to. At that point it looks like a blank screen (at least at my resolution) and you have to scroll down to get to the list of files.

Happy Pay-Cut Day, everyone.

So long, Premium Sub Vector sales. It was good while it lasted.

I noticed on the dashboard view there is a toggle button on the upper right.  The default was set to Customer Mode but there is a lot more functionality for contributors if you click on the Customer Mode side of the grey box - it moves the white button over and changes the screen.

Minor cosmetic CSS changes should be called v2.1. Still they cannot compute statistics automatically. Why Action box takes 1/4 of real estate? Where are numbers upload/accepted/rejected photos? Disaster.

As a contributor I would like the previous version. :-[

Despite the commission cut, my sales look like they'll be about 30% higher than yesterday.

Is it possible that the new site is more user friendly and encourages more sales than the old one?

How were your sales on this first day of V3?

Better than yesterday. It looks like that searching engine didn't change. I sold same images as usually. I would say that 5% of images on FT make 90% of my sales.

Or it could be buyers that have had enough using up their credits before they leave.  I never take notice of 1 days sales, lets see what it's like in a few months.
