EDIT:
Fellow forum members. The original comments I made here were in reference to a problem I am experiencing with Fotolia. In hindsight, after a night's sleep {and your replies below} I felt the need to remove those words.
I regret 'flying off the handle".  This was wrong to do. In truth and fairness, I should have given FT an appropriate time to respond to my problem.
I apologize to Admin, forum members, and Mr. Bridwell of FT.  In the future I will consider a matter with more thoroughness before engaging my mouth via the keyboard here on the forum. At my age, I should know better than to attempt tackling a problem at midnight.
     I appreciate your understanding.

Thank you for your support and advice.  I'll let you know how I make out.
        Tom

Edit: Tuesday evening EST US:
While at work I did not have the time to contact Chad by phone today. Yet upon checking Fotolia just awhile ago, I was pleased to see that the problem was corrected and resolved to my satisfaction 100%.  I must concur that the service was exceptional.
I can see that my original comments were unwarranted. My apologies again to Mr. Bridwell of Fotolia. He was true to his word and I thank him for his efforts.
Thanks also to berryspun & Leaf and all others for their comments, advice and help.  In the future I will be more prudent in my remarks.
           Sincerely,   Tom.

Just checked my account, everything is fine.  I have been with FL for the last 8 months, never had a problem.  Very friendly customer service.  I hope that everything will get clarified for you tomorrow.  Let us know.

TGT, I took the liberty to email Chad Bridwell who is the Director of US Operations to let him know of your situation.

well let us know how it goes.

I am pretty sure fotolia is a ligit. site.  I checked my purchased images section and everything seems to be in order.

When you finally get an answer TGT can you put it in your first post as an edit, like you have allready done with the info you have received, so readers can see the result without having to read 30 other posts.

thanks

Berryspun,  hope you pick up on this and help me out once again.  Back in October, I was disturbed to see that my account with Fotolia had been charged with purchasing pictures that I did not purchase.  Tonight when I went in to check the account I found that once AGAIN,  I was charged with  FOUR MORE PURCHASES... that I  DID NOT make.  I looked for  Chad's email on the member's profile, it is hidden.  I also noticed that he hasn't been on the site since that incident.
Would you please email him again or forward his professional email to me at my address?   Thanks much.

What disturbs me is this.  I do not purchase pictures. I am not a designer, I have no need for purchasing pictures. I'm not in microstock to buy, ONLY to sell.   I would prefer not to even have that option available in my account.  It would prevent this very thing.  I do not have this problem on the other  8 sites that I deal with.

I do not even 'surf' on these sites!! The only reason, the only reason I even check this site (fotolia) is because of the problem the last time... If I didn't bother to check, all sales that I did make would be wiped out...

sorry folks.....   here I go, ranting again.  I'll shut up now.  I appreciate any efforts you make in my behalf. Thank you in advance.

modified: I went back and found mr. bridwell's phone number, I'll be calling him in the morning....  thank you.

Hi Tom, since Chad didn't write his email in his profile, I PM'd it to you.  Even though you may not have an answer until tomorrow, it will enable you to email him tonight.

A few weeks ago, I received an email approving a picture which had been approved about 6 months ago.  I suppose that it went in the wrong email and thus wasn't credited as a sale, but I didn't report it.  I thought that for one picture it wasn't worth the energy.  But I can see that things can be mixed-up.  That was a little bug following me once...

I hope that they can resolve your situation quickly so that this bigger bug which follows your account disappears soon.
