I, DONALD J. TRUMP, President of the United States of America, in order
to take additional steps with respect to the national emergency declared
in Executive Order 13692 of March 8, 2015 (Blocking Property and Suspending Entry of Certain Persons Contributing to the Situation in Venezuela),
as amended, as relied upon for additional steps taken in subsequent Executive
Orders, and in light of the continued usurpation of power by Nicolas Maduro
and persons affiliated with him, as well as human rights abuses, including
arbitrary or unlawful arrest and detention of Venezuelan citizens, interference
with freedom of expression, including for members of the media, and ongoing
attempts to undermine Interim President Juan Guaido and the Venezuelan
National Assemblys exercise of legitimate authority in Venezuela, hereby
order:

Speaking about human rights abuses, arbitrary and unlawful arrests and detention, etc, etc, he has no problems with the Saudi King and his government killing American residents, chopping and dissolving their bodies...  >:(

The Nicolas Maduro government is very ruthless with the opposition. Same as the government of former President Hugo Chavez. Something I don't understand is why apply sanctions to people who are not part of the  Nicolas Maduro government.

Salman is ruthless with his opposition, Erdogan is ruthless with his opposition, Putin is ruthless with his opposition.
Problem is that he is only invoking noble principles against Venezuela, while endorsing other dictators, autocrats and murderers. Hypocrisy and double standards.

He simply wants you to suffer even more and turn your anger against Maduro.

I agree in some aspects. But i live in Venezuela, Nicolas Maduro government have not done well, many controls to the population, and has killed some of the people who oppose past demonstrations and political prisoners, he is a kind of dictator.

I don't know, maybe Putin is Trump friend. Some politicians and businessmen have strategies that are not very ethical.

This is sad to hear. I hope they figure out something.

If not, and if you are serious for your work, change your place.

It is sad for Venezuela...Socialism at its finest or should I say at its worst. It our Dems in America win they are the new Socialist as they even state and brag about it these days. Look at Venezuela and for me I want no part of Socialism. As a side note I have done a lot of conceptual Socialism photos and they are selling very well. Some are pro and most are Anti....each sells but the anti sells the best. .

Sorry, but you have no idea what you're talking about.  America is a county of social programs - fire, police, parks, schools, libraries, etc. etc. where society works together to provide something all can use.  Discussing adding another program like universal healthcare should not be a trigger for you to run around going "SOOOOCIAALYZZMMMM!!!! BADDDDD!!!!! VENEZUELAAAAAAZZZ!!!".  Democratic socialism is far different from what they have in Venezuela as well as it is their government that is the cause of most issues.

You will understand when random acts of highly organized sabotage, that no one can pinpoint the origin or perpetrators, starts happening to give the needed final push to a stressed population to initiate a civil war.

The objective is to create a situation so unbearable that even most of the supporters of Maduro will not be able to endure more.

The common people have always been disposable objects, to the point of physical elimination, when it comes to American foreign politics. I still remember the video of an American bomber during the Yugoslavia conflict, where he was ordered to annihilate a train with hundreds of civilian refuges. Officially it was argued it was a military train, but the US armed forces were forced to recognized they knew that only civilians were present, and it nothing else but punishment.

Would you accept disbanding social security for seniors, medicare for seniors? These are both HIGHLY popular social programs with the both the left and the right. They are social programs.

If you were going to point to other counties as bad examples, how about Australia. Compared to the USA, Australia is a socialist country. Australia has gone 27 years and counting without a recession. Unemployment benefits there are unlimited, it never runs out. Universal healthcare is available to everyone. College education is highly subsidized and is available to everyone no matter how poor, and if you were poor enough the government not only cover your tuition, they give you money to live on while you go to school. Currently Australia is running a trade surplus. I think Australia as a country full of social programs is doing okay for itself.

It is kind of sad how this thread roll.
Politics opinions don't really help the TC.
Watching the news worldwide, some countries even monitor online
their citizens and he had the courage to express his political beliefs.
Thoughts police do exist in a way.
Speaking for civilians or artists.
And he is a civilian and an artist.

Hope that everything will end up good for him and his country.

You should also mention that "socialist" health care is already available to over 18 million of veterans, on top of 59 million of seniors.

This means that at least 23.5% of the American population is already covered by the so called "socialist" health care.

I do know what I am talking about. Sean try paying 70% of tax on what your income is. That is what the New Socialist Dems want. They have even stated that amount. Comrade Bernie will need at least 70 % to pay for all your student loans, free college for future student ,free heath care for all including illegals. 70% may in truth be low for the Socialist Dems. Yes I forgot the New Green Deal. You will not be able to use anything but solar or wind power. Who will pay for this yo Sean..it is Socialism.

I don't know who mj007 is or where he/she lives, but I have noticed that it's usually people who live in the taker states and use our "socialist" programs the most who yell the loudest about "socialism." I rarely hear anything about fear of "socialism" from the giver states that pay the most in federal taxes and prop up the taker states...in fact, we're willing to pay a little more for the betterment of society, and that includes helping the "socialists" who are currently using up the tax dollars we're already donating to them but are simultaneously terribly afraid of so-called "socialism."

Texas...We have a great economy. Our unemployment is almost zero. The housing prices are going up because of all the California folks moving to Texas. Why move to Texas, We have jobs, no State income tax, cheap housing cost and we love and carry guns. The folks that are moving to Texas which is about 50,000 people a month love the fact they can buy a 4000 sq foot home under 300K. Try that in California.

No, none of that is fact.  You made the claim, you provide proof.  That's how an argument works.  For instance, if I say "Unicorns are real", I don't rely on you to confirm the statement.  It's my job to back it up.

What you did, was cobble together bits and pieces from here and there with some incorrect numbers and claim it as some vague party platform.  It isn't.

So, stop running around waving hands in the air crying out SOOOCCCIALZZYMMMMM!!!! - it just looks silly.

Sean I will leave this with you as I am out for the day. My wife just told me most photographers are Socialist , that is why that would chose photography as a profession. She did tell me no offense to me by this....Have a great day Sean, I hope you make lots of money in photography as you may need it to pay for your future Socialist taxes.
