Hi,
I have very few files there.....I never understood the interface,  I can only see I have something I have like 82 credits..What does that mean? So how do is the cancelling account process there?

If you've got over 50 credits you need to request a payout for your amount before you cancel your account.

Go to My Credits
Then click on My Conversions
Then click on Convertible Credits

That's what I see on the US version of the site it may say something different on yours.

Get what's owed to you before you delete your account otherwise they keep it.

You're free to delete your account of course if you like, but...

things are changing so rapidly, and you may want to re-subscibe in the future
since it's usually very difficult to re-subscribe, you may consider just deleting pictures instead of deleting account

sorry to dig up an old thread.. but this was the closest to what I was looking for so thought I'd just add my question here..

if I want to remove a bunch of images on fotolia do I have to do it one at a time?  I tried selected all the images I wanted to remove but once I had them selected there was no option I could find that would allow me to do something (like delete) with the selected images.  what's the point of being able to select multiple images if I can't do anything with the selected images?

If you want to delete everything, ask support to do it for you. If you wish to leave some images, get a large pot of coffee and make a start on deleting each image individually.

thanks.. that's what I was afraid of.  I don't want to burn the bridge completely, just in case, so I guess I'll start deleting them one by one.  :)

FT is funny... I asked them to close my account today. About 2 hours later I got email with info that I got private message from FT on my account (you can read it after login) so tried to login and read it. Gues what - account is closed, no login anymore  :P
Fotolia, what are you doing? Sending PM after closing account?  ;D You could have sent traditional email at least  ;D

Whatever, nice to be out.
