I've just received an email (a no-reply email) telling me my tax details need updating by next week and that they've notified me but I haven't done anything about it.
Strange I thought as I am always well up-to-date on tax stuff.
Just signed in to my account and it says - tax details valid till 2020.
Can't see how to contact them (UK resident) as I want to make sure everything is OK.
Matt or anybody else - what e-mail address for contributors do Adobe respond to?
Thanks for any help.
Cheers, Pablito

I think contributor-support -at- adobe.com is the email address, although it might vary by region? This link is the "Contact Us" from the bottom of the contributor dashboard page - which is how I have initiated support requests when needed:
https://contributor.stock.adobe.com/en/contact

Jo Ann is correct, [email protected] is the best way to reach us. You may want to write to the tax team directly for this issue however. They can be reached via [email protected]

Hello, I have the same problem, got an email today saying my tax form will expire in one week.
In my Adobe Contributor Account it says "No expiration date".
However, when I click on Update button below, it gets me to a page "Find the right tax form" and there is no posibility to upload a new tax form.
What should I do?

Thank you Jo-Ann and Mat - for the super quick response.
All the best for Christmas.
Pablito.

Hi! I got this email too. I send a new tax form and was validated in 10 minutes.

Got the email. Very odd use of language, tenses so....
didn't follow link but went to site.
Email said my tax forms run out next week, but the site says expiration date N/A.
Think I have filled a new one in anyway and saved the thing...awaiting verification.....
UPDATE - verification arrived so ok.

Hey Matt,
Is there anywhere on the contributor site to download the tax form before submitting the updated one?
Thanks!
-
I had it too.
Go to your account, contributor account page, you should see "tax information" on the left, click on this.
Scroll down to "tax information" and there should be an "Update" link.
Fill in the W8 form where highlighted.

Thanks Smilla :)

I didn't get an e-amil and my tax is apparently still valid but now I'm getting 30% witholding instead of 5%.

Hi Everyone,
Yesterday a small number of contributors had taxes withheld that were either in excess of what should have been withheld or should not have been withheld at all. In most cases the total amount was less than a dollar. The issue was quickly identified and corrected and we now have a list of all accounts that were impacted. Sometime in the next week we will be adding credits into those accounts to compensate for the incorrect withholding. Thank you very much for your patience as we get the impacted accounts refunded and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
This issue is not related to the email you received about your tax form. If you received the email, it is an indication your current tax form will be expiring by the end of the year. Please update it at your earliest convenience.
Kind regards,
Mat Hayward
