Is there anyway to convert 1 credit to 1 euro in adobe stock or in fotolia?
I am seeing by default it is taking usd.

If you created your account on the European Fotolia website, you have a Euro account, otherwise you have a Dollar (or other currency) account and as far as I know, there is no way to switch to another currency without creating a new account. Which is a shame because the 1:1 credit conversion for both dollar and euro is completely bonkers. AdobeStock should definitely fix this. 1 credit should equal $1.11, not $1.

I registered in European fotolia and should be eligible for Euro.

This is really sad.
I agree with your point 1 credit should equal $1.11, not $1 or they should standardize the 1 credit = 1 $ for all

I registered in the US and somehow my currency got set to British pounds, no idea how. I have asked to change it to dollars many times but they say it is impossible, even though you'd think it would be an easy change to make. Very frustrating.

if 1 credit also equals 1 pound (=$1.22) you should be happy about it.

Unless they have changed it recently due to the fall in the pounds value it is 1 credit = £0.75

Yep, it is one credit = 0.75 pounds, plus then will have to pay another conversion fee to get it back into dollars where I can spend it. Wouldn't have complained about it if it was favorable.

I didn't realize the account was in the UK when I set it up. I live in Spain and being paid in pounds is rubbish, I asked to have it changed and it's not possible. Surely it can't be that difficult?

What does the payout currency have to do with morals? All I want is to be paid out in a currency I can use without having to pay extra conversion fees.
