Title: How to deactivate some files at Fotolia?
Post by: lagereek on May 09, 2011, 07:57
I ll be damned if I can find any buttons to press but I want to deactivate a dozen Truck driving files from FT, theyre way back in their new search but have sold way over hundreds of times. Now they are wasted.

Want to put them into proper RF instead. i.e.  not Micro.

cheers

AFAIK, FT does not offer the option of deactivating files.

You can only delete them. Goto your "Uploaded Files" list and the Delete link is all the way to your right for each approved image.

I hope this pays off, I deleted 6 truck images with a total of almost 2000  dls to stick them into RF. after their best match change they had not sold anyway, so Im giving them a fresh start. we will see about the rest.

cheers
