Anyone else been wondering what is taking so long with Fotolia lately? I've had images pending review for over a month, and a payment request pending for just about as long. Am I the only one?

Reviews are smooth (3 days max - had 6 batches of 5 to 10 images since the start of the year). Also requested one payment the previous week and it was sent in 2 days.

you're kidding me. Fotolia is the fastest in review time.
it's probably a glitch. maybe you should email contact support.

Yeah, I agree^^. Must be a glitch. My images are reviewed (and often rejected) in a couple of days time.

I will say that it is taking a good week or better to get paid though.

I had this happen at Fotolia once (where nothing was being reviewed) .. after I moved .. in the mess of changing my account data (email .. etc.) I ended up with my account not being .. verified .. I can't remember the exact term .. you might take a look in your "my profile" area and see if anything is different .. they spotted it quickly when I emailed them to ask why nothing was being reviewed .. good luck.

No, they just changed the site a bit. Click on "community" on the top row, then you'll find the forum link.

Sometimes vectors go into different review cues, depending on the site. I love how Crestock takes like a month just to review vects, but photos are usually within a week or so.

I already got a message back, and it turns out that my account wasn't validated. Not sure how it went from validated and working fine to being not validated, but that was the problem and they fixed it.
