Visit contributor.stock.adobe.com to sync your account.

If you are using the same Adobe ID that is associated with your Fotolia account, you should be synced automatically. If not, you will need to select yes when asked if you are an existing Fotolia member. At that time you will add your Fotolia login and password.

The login information for Adobe Stock is your Adobe ID, not your Fotolia ID.

If you created your Fotolia account after September of 2016 you won't be able to sync as the Fotolia account you created is only good for the purpose of purchasing content, not selling it. You will need to submit through the Adobe Stock Contributor Portal.

Not for me.  :( Some kind of redirect issue after making a forum ident. Has to do with redirecting errors.
Maybe I'll log out and then back in and see if anything will change.

Looks like I fixed it. Its was just a simple matter of changing the screen/forum name.
Kind of dumb I know.  ???

Matt, I've been grappling with this for months. I have been a FT contributor for years, and have an Adobe CC account, I'm confused by your statement above.

I attempted to use my Adobe CC credentials but there is no option "you will need to select yes when asked if you are an existing Fotolia member." No option for that either when I try to make a new Adobe Stock Contributor account. I will need it to connect to my existing FT account. How do I do that? Is that option PAST the screen where you create your new account (the one with the birthdate field)?

Thanks for your help, I have gotten zero response from FT on how to do this.

I will need your account information to look into this for you. If you have already created an Adobe Stock Contributor account and didn't sync you won't be able to sync it now. You can only do this the first time you sign in. Please create a support ticket via the contributor portal and I will do my best to help you out.

Hi Matt,

Pursuant to your instructions, I have created an Abobe account, and it recognizes me as a Fotolia contributor.

The question I have is this, do I need to do anything further? It does not appear that any of my footages are showing.... Does it mean that it will be showing later?

Can I continue to use ftp to upload to Fotolia? Or should I upload to Adobe in the future?

Thanks a lot for your help!

I don't understand either...

Do I need to move from Fotolia to Adobe stock or does it good enough to stay on Fotolia?

I can see my photos on Adobe from fotolia but does it double provision and less earnings for me in that case?

When you have successfully synced your existing Fotolia account with Adobe Stock it doesn't matter which site you upload through. All approved content will be in your portfolio at both sites automatically. It's important you DO NOT submit the same content through both Adobe Stock and Fotolia. That would be redundant and could get your account flagged for spam.

Your sales from both sites are shown on both sites simultaneously and automatically. No additional action is required. It's simply a matter of preference which sites experience you like better that should determine which you use.

If you created an Adobe Stock account and uploaded content...if you can see the approved content in your Adobe Stock portfolio but not your Fotolia portfolio that means you created a new account and did not sync with Fotolia. To confirm this, find an image ID number in your Adobe Stock portfolio and type it into the search in Fotolia. Click the contributor portfolio icon adjacent to the Fotolia image you see and confirm if it's your main Fotolia account or is only showing content you submitted to Adobe Stock. If the latter, then submit a ticket to customer service through the Adobe Stock Contributor Portal and include your Fotolia information so we can look into it and possibly remove your new Adobe Stock account so you can try and re-sync.

Hi Matt, I didn't notice this is option until a couple of days ago, thanks to the thread h"ave you synced your Fotolia account with Adobe Stock?"

(I've not been so much following microstock in the last years). Now I found and followed instructions and had the accounts synced (I already had an Adobe account as LR&PS user). All my 612 images on Fotolia went to rejected bin instantly (no time for human review), either for 'technical issues' (e.g. File ID: 59960808) or for 'file could not be accepted' (e.g. File ID: 60793638) or even 'SIMILAR IMAGE(S) ALREADY SUBMITTED' (e.g. File ID: 50543551).

Thank you in advance!
