Is there any easier way to choose categories on fotolia, or external tool to upload there?
It's so slow, their category system is a little mess for me.
Do you have any advice? (other than - don't upload)

try stocksubmitter - you can at least pick categories in bulk for several files at a time

I stopped using categories there many years ago. Found it cumbersome and confusing.

On another note, be careful and check before you submit. Some time in the last week the contract questions, excusive and free if refused, got reset to yes on my page.

People need to learn to disagree without being disagreeable. I had people contact me to say they agreed with me but are afraid to post because they will get flamed. It's OK to not share the same views. That's what makes the world go round.

Hello baran, I am using Total commander for FTP upload (alternatives are FreeCommander, WinSCP, etc). I have edited all titles, descriptions and keywords in IPTC of images so upload is very comfortable. And yes, categories are little bit weird.

Same here but I recently upgraded to Yosemite (before uploading new work) therefore using the new Safari browser so that might have something to do with it.
I do have issues with scrolling the categories beyond what is listed by default (top of list) and have to use my arrow keys to navigate to the bottom, pretty annoying.
