I am unhappy about FT comp images, they are bigger than the blog size and looks very good, if I were some pirate, I wouldn't hesitate stealing unwatermarked images from fotolia!
see the difference! I dun think this friendly message will discourage me from downloading the comp and using it!
The image displayed below is a comp image. A comp image is an image used for layout and composition purposes. We intentionally decreased the size and quality of the comp image. Do not use the image for final production. The image may only be used for draft and layout work.

other sites put their watermarks there, why can't fotolia do the same?
Don't they care about our images?

They brought this with the v2 debarcle last year and have been asked many many times to fix or improve it. As such, they are well aware of contributors concerns and have been for a long time.
perhaps it should pointed out them in the context of how much they are losing :):)

Don't they care about our images?
Rephrase that question... don't they care about contributors?
If anyone doesn't immediately know the answer to that question, go to the Fotolia boards and search for clues.

Has this been reported in FT forum?

Now that explains something...
A while ago i found an image of mine on someones site that had never registered a sale on any of the sites it was on.
Hmmmmm.

Yet another of the bajillion reasons why I will no longer upload to Fotolia.
