Just a heads up for everyone. I went to convert my earnings this morning and they now require you load a government ID in your profile before you get paid.

So better do it before you reach the payment criteria.

thats normal in germany you have to send a copy of your passport...

probably is in Europe. But it is new to Fotolia. Pretty sure it says "Government ID" since many of us do not own a passport or have need for one.

Didn't they already do this a few months ago?
Maybe this is your first payout since they began asking for ID.

Probably is Sharply. I just thought maybe others did not know about it. I have no issue with it, just wanted to let others know. In fact, I agree we should have to verify our real identities.
