A week ago, i upload some images again, because frees ection was set to true (and it was not possible to change it).
But i have found that one image is not searchable, the Dreamstime link:
http://www.dreamstime.com/stock-photo-dogs-allowed-sign-isolated-to-release-your-dog-white-image58296194 (http://www.dreamstime.com/stock-photo-dogs-allowed-sign-isolated-to-release-your-dog-white-image58296194)
When i search on the words(Dogs allowed sign isolated) in the title, mainly 'no allowed dog' images showed, but no 'allowed dog' (like my image) images:
https://us.fotolia.com/search?k=Dogs+allowed+sign+isolated&filters%5Bcontent_type%3Aphoto%5D=1&filters%5Bhas_releases%5D=false&search-submit=Search (https://us.fotolia.com/search?k=Dogs+allowed+sign+isolated&filters%5Bcontent_type%3Aphoto%5D=1&filters%5Bhas_releases%5D=false&search-submit=Search)
Why my image is not in the search result?
And what can i do to show my image in these search results?

"isolated" isn't in your keywords, "isolate" is, but that isn't bringing it up either, so I guess you just need to wait for the database to update?
ETA
It is working now, not sure why it didn't before:
https://us.fotolia.com/search?k=dog+isolate+sign+allowed&filters%5Bcontent_type%3Aall%5D=1&search-submit=Search (https://us.fotolia.com/search?k=dog+isolate+sign+allowed&filters%5Bcontent_type%3Aall%5D=1&search-submit=Search)

Thanks!
I upload the image again with the isolated keyword.
It is clumsy, that you can't edit keywords on fotolia
