For me it has been about two to three working days lately.

It is hard to say a number...it varies from day to day. Mine sometimes get approved within 30 minutes, then sometimes it takes a couple of days. As dirkr already said.

Exactly. It varies. Sometimes same day. A couple of days. Depends on what day I submit at times. Not more than a week usually. Faster than they were even a few months ago.
