I have sent multiple messages to support without response.
I am deleting the offending illustrations, and re-uploading them. (tedious and annoying)
How do I make sure they don't get mislabeled again?

I'm shocked!
Every second topic in the "Recent Microstock Industry Discussion" relates to AdobeStock in one way or another. Can someone simply and clearly explain why they are digging their own grave?
-
I have sent you the information. Thanks.

Matt, this is a much bigger problem. There is another thread where this was discussed. Many thousands of illustrations have been mislabelled as AI by Adobe.
Here:
https://www.microstockgroup.com/fotolia-com/vector-images-labeled-'generated-by-ai'-on-adobe/ (https://www.microstockgroup.com/fotolia-com/vector-images-labeled-'generated-by-ai'-on-adobe/)

Just noticed mine have been as well. Adobe seem to have a bit of an issue here.
-
Some of my mislabelled images got the Gen. AI tag removed after I wrote to Support. However others still had the label about a month after I emailed Support about it. So I emailed again and got this response 10 days ago: "Thank you for your email, and we apologize for the delayed handling. I requested again to the dedicated team the files to be untagged shortly. Please wait for some more days, and we appreciate your kind understanding."
Guess what? The are still mislabelled as Gen. AI.
I think Support is swamped and this is a low priority.

Thank you @Hannafate. I received your email and have removed the generative AI tag from all the files you listed. I'm sorry for the inconvenience the mistake caused you and others.
Regarding the comments from @Synthetic, you are correct that the support team is particularly busy these days, so it is taking a longer time than we would prefer to resolve many contributor issues. That said, this is not a low priority at all. We take it very seriously and are working to resolve this, and all other issues as quickly as possible.
As always, your patience is greatly appreciated.

Does it make any difference? I mean should I search and report any images of mine that are not AI that are labeled as that? Or can I just ignore the problem and see if something changes?

It's hard to say. If your image was not created with generative AI software but was inadvertently tagged as generative AI, I believe it is a reasonable request to remove that tag. The team is doing their best to get through support cases as quickly as possible. You are welcome to reach out to me directly as well.
Thanks,

Probably a very dumb question, but how do you check your own port to see if there are AI images in them? Up till today I did not upload any AI to Adobe, but when I read this thread, I 'd like to check if Adobe mislabeled any of mine ...
-
I wonder how widespread this issue is. I only have one illustration on AS (that is hand drawn) and it is not affected.

Replace contributornumber and contributorname with your actual number and name.

Thanks! My result is zero (which is correct) - but I think that's because I've been uploading model released images, so little chance that reviewers consider them as "generated"

Thanks, I'll watch and see how things go. None are anything that sold before the change. I don't see how worrying, will change anything. If they are still mislabeled in a month or two, I'll make notes and take you up on the offer.

I suspect it has to do with saturation and the style of the illustrations. I only see 9 now, using the helpful link below.

Hi Mat, are you guys willing to throw the necessary resources after that AI halloy? The amount of AI images will multiply a thousandfold in the near future Alone review time. Do you have any plans at all? What about all those who are getting their accounts closed at the moment - what is the reason for this and is it ok that people are waiting for months?

When I click on the link I see this:
"Page not found
Sorry, that page doesn't exist

Mir, what to replace with what?

In that link you need to replace contributornumber with your contributor number, and contributorname with your contributer name.

go to
https://contributor.stock.adobe.com/en/insights/sales-earnings?
click on the number right of an image you sold
that will take you to one of your images - under the title it will say by XXXX where XXXX is your username - click on that which will take you to your artist page or something like that. look at the URL and you will see your contributor number and contributor name - copy them and replace "contributornumber" and "contributorname" in the url below
https://stock.adobe.com/contributor/contributornumber/contributorname?&filters%5Bgentech%5D=only
to see your images labeled as AI generated.

All messages are missing the key phrase “enter your Adobe Stock ID and username in the address bar.”

But there's one more thing I don't understand. Why is it that when I log into my account - then I go to the author's account - then in View my public profile and there is no bookmark to apply the filter "Generative AI only".
Why isn't there a "Filters" tab on the author's public profile?
