Title: Missing photos in portfolio
Post by: panicAttack on January 13, 2012, 06:58
Greetings and sorry for my English.

I'm new on Fotolia and have 9 images accepted there, but when I open my portfolio I can see only 5 of them.

It's like that for more then several days so I don't know is it normal or I should do something about it?

Thanks in advance

They usually turn up in the portfolio pretty much immediately - is it possible you have an adult content filter in place and some images hidden as a result (expand options on the left of the screen to check)

Thanks for your reply

I do not have any filter on and my photos does not even have people in them...

When I check my dashboard it says 9 files accepted, but when I click on "See my portfolio" only 5 of them are there.

I also tried to log out and see my portfolio but only 5 photos are there.

Shoot support an email.  The files will probably appear at some point but I'm pretty sure they can do a refresh for your portfolio to expedite the process.

Good luck,

Mat

Thank you both for answers, didn't want to send anything before I was sure images usually do not take more then few days before they appear in porfolio
