Today, we are announcing new features in Adobe Stock that enable creators to accelerate their content selection process and find more unique, relevant content they can customize to their aesthetic and brand preferences.
With the addition of these new features, Contributors are compensated for all generations that start with a stock image as a reference and are then downloaded. Connecting these features to the Adobe Stock collection increases the versatility of an asset, which we believe will make it more likely to be licensed, increasing your earnings potential.
Licenses generated through each of the new features will appear as “custom” licenses in the Contributor Portal.
We’re committed to making creativity more accessible for all, and we’ll keep innovating in partnership with customers and the Adobe Stock Contributor community. Follow this link to learn more about these features:

So basically it is much easier for customers to adapt any file in the adobe collection, which means even not so perfect assets might suddenly become usable for a client.
Will be interesting if this increases our sales. It certainly looks very useful for customers.

Question:
a customer likes one of my files and uses it as a base file, for instance as a style file. He creates 10 more images with my base file style and downloads 10 files.
Do I get 10 sales?
And is the compensation the same as if 10 normal images had been downloaded?

how is that different from downloading a normal image and making 10 versions? (assuming buyer is not re-selling the images)

How can we differentiate between normal sale vs sales from stock generations?

Another question
Assumption: my files is used as a style reference
10 other files from other artists are modified with this refrence and downloaded.
I am assuming that the 10 modified downloaded files will give the producers a regular sale.
But if the style of my image is applied to 10 other files do I get anything extra?
Or do I just get one sale for the reference image?
I think that is where it might become interesting. If your files get used as a base file and then the style, design, composition etc..are applied to other files on Adobe.
This is where the additional income could become a nice add on.

"CUSTOM" that's all we know right now. How will we tell one custom sale from and AI custom sale? That's the question?
