I found my shots on it as well, it does appear that the website is using the unwatermarked comp images from fotolia.

I'm quite sure that for this usage - essentially reselling the photos they would have to purchase an extended license, and I know I didn't sell any

Maybe someone with more experience in these matters will chime in.

Snaparazzi is one of fotolia's partners and has been for a long time. I didn't know about the mobile part of the site, but I'm assuming they buy an XS size when and if the buyer purchases the phone.

Thanks for coming this out. It's been many times that I see this site selling my pics on google whitout knowing where it was coming from. I was thinking it was a partner like jsnover said, but this phone feature scared me sometime

are you saying is it cool, or is this legal? since i notice you are portuguese
and in your language legao means cool!

whether it's legal, i think it looks right, and i think it's either a brazilian or portuguese associate of FT.
it looks good and legal, as it only advertises to sell your images.
i wouldn't complain as this is good promo for you.

and i guess you will get the commission from FT if someone downloads your image to their mobile.
cool! muito legao!  ;)
yet another way to make money, if FT does sell anything for anyone  ;)

obs : falo o portugues mas somente um poquinho , passei o tempo numa carnaval em brasil. adorei. 8)

I mean legal like in law and order, not "Legal" like Portuguese from Brazil. Im from Portugal and the Portuguese language is a bit different from Brazil. (like UK english vs Indian or American english).

As the site, if is legal and someone but the photos and i received the money, i think that is a good thin. But my question is that they already have the image without watermark. And i think that they can sell that image and i dont now about. I never sell some of the images i found in there and i can see that images without watermark. Can you see my point?

PS. O Brazil muito "legal" ou em Portugues do Portugal "porreiro" (cool)
