Well this is embarrassing...  ;D
No way to change it but to delete the image?

Just go to the catalog manager find the image file and double click it amend the title and keywords and click submit

Ok so I tried right away but I still prefer using Fotolia and there it's greyed out. I realized you might be talking about Adobe, thank you, that worked just right!
