I requested payment two weeks ago, but still didn't get my money. Is there a way to see the status of the request? The only thing I can find is the credits history, but it only says "Credit transformation with Paypal  -50", and there's nothing written under "status".

I've never had an issue with FT thus contact their support.

I will, but I want to check the request's status first and can't find any way to do that.

Also, how can I see my registered paypal address? Maybe I made a mistake when writing it and that's the problem :/

was it your 1st time?

if it wasn't probably it is ok once you don't need to enter it anymore because it is saved on the 1st box, you just need to select it (http://www.fotolia.com/Contributor/ConvertCredits)

on the link below you can see the receipt but unfortunately it doesn't contain the PayPal address, perhaps you should contact FT to be sure

Yes, it was my first time. I can see the receipt, but there is nothing written under "status" next to it.

I guess there's nothing left to do but to contact them. Which category does this problem falls under? Administrative/technical/functions of the site?
