Been waiting over 2 weeks for a payout from Fotolia.  Since 1-18.  I checked, and this hasn't happened for me since August of 2011.  So they've been doing better the past couple of years.

Frustrating that I can't request another payout while still waiting for this one though.

Anyone else?

Thanks Luis.  Looks like somehow mine was just overlooked or missed.

Now the site shows I was paid and there's still nothing in my paypal account.  I'm wondering if it went to the wrong address or something.  Maybe somebody else is enjoying my Fotolia earnings right now.   >:(

A couple of other non-stock sites I deal with have had problems in the past week or so with masspay payments not going through. Could be FT was affected by this? Haven't heard if those problems have been resolved---it's hard to find any news about the situation.

(ETA -- I did find comments and notices at various sites about the problem, seems to be worldwide with some payments going thru ok, but no explanation offered by paypal yet.)

Thanks very much for this info.

Out of curiosity, those of you who have been paid out recently, was it through Paypal?

I requested a payout via paypal last night, and this morning around 12 hours later, they sent email saying I was paid and its in my paypal account.  I don't ever remember it being that fast.  Strange.....

I actually seem to be missing a payment from FT (paypal) .
I requested payment on 1/21 and another on 2/1.
Both are marked with green dots on the Credits page indicating they have been paid.
But I have only gotten 1 payment (today) and as they were both for the same amount I can't tell which one they paid.
I have sent 2 site  mails and no response. But just now replied to the email notification they sent with the last payment.

My PayPal acct only shows the one payment.

I personally  must wait around 2-3 weeks for the money from FT. I request payout there only on every 1st of the month.

Sounds like you and I feel into the same black hole.  They keep assuring me that the payout on 1-18 was paid, although they can't tell me when, but I have never received it.   I just sent them a screenshot of all my payments received in the last month from paypal.  I don't know if that will do any good.

It's one thing it if takes 2-3 weeks for a payout.  It's another issue entirely if they are showing payouts were made and people aren't getting them.  Something is obviously amiss there, with payouts.  Pretty scary IMO.

I also sent them the screen shot of PayPay payments last night -
Not holding my breath on this but I am getting pretty PO'd about all the stuff going on these days.
We get paid little enough but this really adds insult to injury.

Per one of my non-photo clients who pays through Paypal, they have resolved the issue for the future, but there are still payments that were sent by the vendor, but never delivered by Paypal. I was actually double paid by one. Paypal definitely has some problems. One of my clients is looking for other options for payment.

Looks like this may have been the issue.  Fotolia has spent the last couple of days looking into this and last night I got the payment.

I am pleased they took this issue seriously and were able to fix the problem and pay me in a reasonable time frame.  :)

Thanks for the update!  Good to know that FT is actually doing something to help their contributors.

As if other payment processors never have bugs?

Never had a problem with payout at FT once the required 50 credits minimum is reached......the problem I have is now reaching the 50 credit minimum! On FT I have 3X the number of files I have on SS. However, on SS (with one third of the same files I have on FT)  I achieve a regular monthly payout of 120+ credits and on FT I have to wait 2 months or more to get 50 credits!

Duh, I make that a 15X worse performance!

For at least a year now I have to wait 7-10 days, sometimes longer. I wish they would just switch to a regular monthly payout schedule.

SS pays on day 8th of the month, or abouts, 123 pays on the 15th. CanStockPhoto take 2 weeks for payout. There is nothing wrong with FT payouts.

There is nothing wrong with FT payouts.
Compared to the sites where you get paid on request FT needs a lot more time. Depositphotos, Dreamstime and a couple of others are able to send it much quicker. Sometimes within hours.
iStock, with it's own mixed system, might sometimes take more time, but since they send payments based on a fixed schedule there are no surprises there. With Fotolia I never know if it's going to be a week or two.
I'm not saying there's something wrong (never had any serious issues, like missing payments), but it's definitely slow compared to others.
