Title: Payout history should be in descending order

Once you have some payouts, it's getting annoying to scroll all the way to the bottom to see the payment status, and it makes more sense to flip the order...

I agree also how about just setting up one time details for payout such as US citizen (Yes/No) and the paypal/skrill/payoneer details?
