Title: Pending credit conversion display change

Hi All,

Happy New Year! I wanted to give you a heads up. Pending credit conversions at Fotolia are no longer displayed in the conversion page. After you submit a payment request you can check the status at the top of the credits page in your account. Here is a direct link:  https://us.fotolia.com/Member/MyCredits

I see some witholding sales credits
But i recently filled out a Wben8 form and there should be a 0 witholding for images sold as per our countries treaties. Btw i got confirmation from FT of this form

So will these credits be reversed, or is this a glitch?

Thanks, Mat, for that information. To a FT newbie like me, with a first request for payment recently submitted, it's very helpful.

Thanks for info.  I request a payout over the weekend and wondered why it didn't show up on the conversion page.
