Title: Please give me a link to "generate new password" for sftp

I would greatly appreciate if someone can give me a link to generate a new password for sftp.

Also it looks like Adobe has given me a new user ID. I wonder, for the purpose of sftp, should the new user ID be used or the old one?

I have emailed Adobe support but not heard back.

Not sure why you'd have a new ID, but if you look at the help page that was pointed to by the email I received about setting up SFTP, you have to generate the password from your own account after pressing the upload button. In other words there isn't a generic link anyone else can share with you

I did look at the page, but I cannot find the black "Upload" bar.

If you are logged into your contributor account, at the top of the browser window, after the "St Adobe Stock" on the left, you should see, reading from left to right:

Dashboard  Uploaded   Files  Insights  Contributor Account            Upload Buy (your name) Adobe logo

Click on Upload

Yes, I can see the black "Upload" tab, it gives me a drop-down menu in which the video section is just a submission guideline.

Where do I get "Generate new password"?

Sorry, I still cannot upload.

What is my userID?

I have tried my old user ID, and the new "Screen Name" which was given to me by Abobe, and my email address. None of it works.

You will find your user ID by clicking Learn More. There your personal credentials are listed starting with the host URL. The next line down is your unique ID number.

Diego from Adobe support also replied with my ID number.
