Title: Problem uploading via ftp to Fotolia

Just wondering if anyone is having problem uploading to Fotolia via ftp. I am uploading my video portfolio there using Filezilla and getting lots of disconnection errors. I've no problem uploading other sites via ftp. Is there some kind of settings I should be aware of? Thank you!

I have renounced after some email to fotolia asking for help: never answered. I will follow this thread hoping to find a solution, also because I hve many clipsto submit.
