Hi,
Where is the proper link to enquire regarding a file rejection. In this case I did a number of green screen silhouettes and they were all rejected for "technical issues". A generic response, plus they were all accepted at SS. I need to know exactly what the perceived "technical issue" is so I can address it.
Thanks!

Here is a possible answer, not a solution... just an answer to your question :D :P

Rather than start a new topic for this I was wondering the same about images - the latest rejections I've had are nearly all rejections for "similars" and it is driving me nuts. (I used larger type because it gets lost with the photos otherwise)
I uploaded 18 illustrations (examples below) and had 3 accepted and 15 rejected. What I can't understand is that the rejection for "too similar" says that you can only upload 3 different color choices but the rejected files were very different designs and the similar ones were accepted!
Here are examples:
I used a photo I took of tulips as a reference photo for 5 very different illustrations - I then did 5-6 color combos of each one - I uploaded 18 to Adobe (overkill, I admit, but their rejection rate was overkill as well IMHO)
This is the simple full color illustration made from the photo, which they accepted:

And one of the two silhouettes also accepted which I simply varied with a color overlay:

The rejected images (10 of which I uploaded to shutterstock and which they accepted) include different designs such as these:

(this one has already sold)
Here is a link to the "set" on shutterstock so you can see the other design variations I'm talking about:

I'd really appreciate input from someone who knows how to get them reconsidered and if I'm wrong let me know....
Can I ask for reconsideration somehow? I fear that if I upload them again they will be rejected as "similar" since all rejected images stay in my portfolio. Mat, please feel free to chime in! I'd like to have 3 of each of the other two designs in my portfolio - I think that is reasonable.
On Adobe before this "similars" obsession, and on other sites, I've often had series' with 5-10 images where 3 might be best-sellers on one site and 2 different ones on another, so it seems a shame to be limited to 3 in total because the other designs were simply made from the same reference photo. I have a lot of textures and backgrounds that I use for designs, and I worry that using the same reference will mean I can only use my own backgrounds for three images, when there are so many different possibilities.
Appreciate help with this. Thanks much!
