I was looking at November's totals and comparing to prior years. For Adobe Stock I noticed a surprising $$ total for Nov 2018 and dug a little to see why.

The number of downloads was only slightly higher than Nov 2024 and the much higher $$ was a result of 3 custom royalties of $94.05 each. That sort of number was often seen in SS SOD's but I don't think that happened at AS where extended licenses have netted us about $26 and the low volume subscriptions $3.30 royalties.

These were images, not video.

I looked at the old forum posts here to see if I'd asked about these nice bonuses, but apparently not. I'd love them to come back, but I'm not holding my breath

Anyone else who was with Adobe Stock in 2018 see large royalties in November?

nothing at that level for me, one custom at ~20 one at ~6 and one at about ~5 everything else was $3.30 or less.

Comparison November 2024 / 2018 at AS
Downloads 2024 minus 17%
Revenue 2024 minus 64%

November 2024 was the second worst month ever at AS.

In November 2018 there were several days that brought up to $55 - in November 2024 I didn't have a single download over $3.30.

In general, it can be observed that the RPD has fallen dramatically at AS - around 40%.

I think Adobe prices their EL's too generously for the buyers and they could be charging more. I sometimes get very high EL's from SS, P5 and iS/Getty, but Adobe's EL's are much lower.

Not seeing any of those figure sales

For refeerence Nov 24 was a 118% increase over November 2018 in terms of earnings but a 220% increase in downloads.  So RPD clearly lower.

Some $26 DL at Nov 2018. Best month of 2018.
RPD $1,94

I see a small peak in earnings at the very end of October, which was my 2nd best month in 2018 after April. Nothing unusual in November however.

November 2018 was a BME for me ... but so were November 2017, December 2018 and November 2019 ... it just has always been a good month for me because of the holiday images.  So nothing exceptional here.
