same person with two pseudonyms, interesting strategy!

Is it allowed to do this?

Same thing with their Shutterstock portfolios - same props and setups but slight differences in the shots. I don't see how this helps in any way, but I don't think they're violating any rules by sharing props.

Images are indeed similar, but not identical, these are two different things. Most probably a couple/family (wife and husband) shooting in the same studio. Not sure whether this is more beneficial rather than having one account and two contributors, which AFAIK is not prohibited per se. Don't see any big issue here.

Was banned recently. Reason - simillar images. I am not into such sort of stuff, not doing more that 3 similar images and they are always different. It looks like they are punishing their slaves for educational purposes. Lowdown sh*t heads.

The reason was images simillar to your own images, or simillar to other contributors images?

I agree with Jo Ann- nothing really to be gain $$ wise and put you at risk for similar images.
