You guys are lucky I am emerald and my sales are very rare from Friday. This is very strange. Never happened before. And now I sell one 0.27 sub?!

I got this email, I solve this, I updated my tax form and is validated. Don't understand nothing more.

Same here. Tax form is valid till December 2019.

Minimum payout changed from the 24th of September 2018 and should be 0.33 USD for subscriptions.
It could be the currency conversion if you're not paid in USD..

I have same problems. Something is wrong with tax witholding. Go to "#My credits" and you'll see. I get 5% ( Tax treaty with my country) less but now its 30%.
This must be some glitch.
Ok, one sale was ok (5% witholding), two were 30% tax witholding. There must be something wrong here. For 0,99€ US sale I get 0,94€, and today I got 0,69€. Something is wrong here

Yesterday I got email from Adobe that my tax form has been validated and that I am not subject to automatic tax withholding at the highest rate on all Adobe Stock income ...
But today I see that I am :/. Never happened this before. Hope I got some answers form contributor support.

Seems to be a general problem, this morning everything was fine, from the afternoon on each sale has 30% deducted.
I have sent a message to Fotolia Support, let's see what comes up.

I have sent one message to Adobe contributor support team yesterday and two today. I have live chat with adobe team, but they can't help me with this. I need to wait for answers.

Same here, 30% withholding, starting from today - instead of the 0%. I hope it's just some glitch and gets fixed and the withheld money paid back. :(

Fotolia support has replied to my request.
There was a "temporary problem with withholding tax" (my translation from German...).
The incorrectly withheld amount has been booked back to my account.

Seems like you have to ask for a refund.

Hi Everyone,
Yesterday a small number of contributors had taxes withheld that were either in excess of what should have been withheld or should not have been withheld at all. In most cases the total amount was less than a dollar. The issue was quickly identified and corrected and we now have a list of all accounts that were impacted. Sometime in the next week we will be adding credits into those accounts to compensate for the incorrect withholding. Thank you very much for your patience as we get the impacted accounts refunded and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
This issue is not related to the email you received about your tax form. If you received the email, it is an indication your current tax form will be expiring by the end of the year. Please update it at your earliest convenience.
