I've got no idea why it would take this long for them to act. Pretty blatant what's going on.
If you can find other artists' work in their portfolio too try letting them know. It could help speed things up if adobe/ fotolia get a lot of contacts about the same people.

https://us.fotolia.com/Info/Contact

Send them a message here. Just let them know about the copyright infringement and who is infringing and they should respond fairly quickly.

Wow this is bad. FL was never great at pulling bad content but I was hoping it would have improved under adobe. They need to get this cleaned up asap.

Have you tried asking Mat Hayward to help speed things up? This isn't really a simple DMCA case - you want this thief's portfolio removed as it's a huge problem to upload other people's work (for the agency and any customers, not just for you). His email is in this thread

http://www.microstockgroup.com/fotolia-com/call-for-content/msg488451/#msg488451

I see that your work is also on Shutterstock. With your upload dates there and at Adobe Stock, you should have a pretty clear case that you're the original author. Have they asked you for any more information to support your case?

Awful.

Come on Adobe/Fotolia, act swiftly! Thieves like that must be stopped and brought to justice.

And still there. Matt are you not going to comment on this? What possible excuse is there for letting this blatant theft go on for this long? The thief (and adobe) will be making a small fortune off of this theft given how much these sorts of file sell. Not good. You should try contacting adobe corporate over this if their stock side aren't responding.  A company that makes its living off of creatives should be first on this stuff, not dead last. Get on twitter and reddit too.

I'll look into this. Will the OP please forward the original DMCA request to me? Email: [email protected]

Thanks,

Mat
