After new year I can see my cheapest sales suddenly only gives a revenue of 0.21. I never had those cheap sales before. Anyone know whats happening?

Just updated my tax form which was outdated, and havent been approved yet - maybe thats the explanation.

Matt are you here to give a answer :-)

Cheers

Hi

This is because your tax fom has expired, it happened to me too.
So don't worry, you'll get your 0,29 ($$$$$ !) for tour future sales.

Best wishes.

Oh, should I resubmit my tax form then or does it happen automatically? (I don't pay the taxes in US)

If your tax form is not current, your sales will be subject to maximum tax withholding. Once your new form is validated your sales will reflect the appropriate withholding for your status.

Commissions have not been lowered.

Kind regards,

Mat

Thanks Mat.  And Happy New Year!

Does everyone need to renew tax forms?  As I remember it has hapoened automatically in the past.

Tax forms are valid for 3 years. They do not automatically renew so be sure to keep yours updated.

-Mat

Thanks.  Will go check mine.

How do I confirm if my Tax is not outdated?
Where do I check this?

From Dashboard, scroll down to tools, click on "Tax Centre"

At the very top of that page in a green box on the righthand side there is a link for "See my tax forms". Click that.

From there it will tell you start and expiry date. You can also click on it to review it.

My expiry date says N/A.  Any idea why?

Just checked and my expiry date also says Not Applicable (N/A). But I only updated it last year so my guess is it will say that until much nearer the renewal time and only then give an actual expiry date.

Mat, mine was uploaded in January of 2012 and the expiration date say N/A with a green check mark for status.  Are there various time ranges for updated forms being required?
