Title: Total $ per image at Fotolia (and 123RF)
Post by: John W. on September 21, 2012, 11:07
Is there  any way to see the total $ made per image at Fotolia? Or do I need third-party software to do this?

It's a big pain in the tail but you can go to "My Files" followed by "Manage My Files" then click the "Sold Files" tab and sort by ID #.  This will show all of your sales and group them by the image so you can manually add up your stats.

Thanks, that's indeed alot of work but better than nothing. Can't understand why they don't implement this as it would be easy to do.

You can select the data on the screen and paste into Excel (haven't tried it on FT but usually works on web pages formatted as a table).  Put as many results on each screen as you can.

Copying in Excel doesn't work as Fotolia uses dots instead of commas for the credits. I can't get it changed in Excel.

Mark all data in the Excel sheet, press CTRL + H (search and replace), replace all dots by commas and you're done.
