I concur. I recently have had batches with rejection rates approaching 90%, and I KNOW what good quality is, what unique quality is, and yet - just getting the insanely high rejection rate that makes no sense. It took a LOT of work to edit it, post process it, keyword/title it, upload etc, just to arbitrarily have a declined "quality issues" assigned to it. Quite annoying/frustrating, esp. because some of the stuff also sits in the queue for 30-45 days.
