Title: Uploading to FT
Post by: madelaide on October 13, 2007, 20:39
First the "normal form" upload page stopped working, now the "flash" upload page also doesn't work. I even tried a different browser.  Files seem to upload (progress bar slowly in montion), but when I go to the "uploaded files", nothing.

Is it only me?

Regards,
Adelaide

I had no problems uploading via the normal form a few hours ago.

Kngkyle,

I've just found the answer.  Using the normal upload page in IE, after reading you reply, I got a "Image dimensions are insuffient" because the file is indeed under 4MB.  The flash form however doesn't say it, and in NS also I don't get this msg in either form.

Adelaide

yeah, 2400x1600 (4mp) is minimum, and 8000x8000 is maximum allowed size.

Chode,

Some images I shot in Africa were in 3MPix, to save memory space.  I sometimes forget about it, thus my confusion.  :)

But anyway, the dimension problem message is not shown when I upload in NS, only in IE.  And even in IE, I don't get an error message if I use the flash form.

Adelaide

I know. I had 9500x8000 pixels image, and I uploaded it but did not show. So, I figured out that 8000x8000 is maximum (because I resized it to 7900x7400 or so) and it showed, but no error mesage.
