I've got rejected twice for uploading vector, it says "Photograph declined-technical problem." I wonder is it only file format problems, or it could also mean aesthetically rejected?

Upload specification says "Vectors must be placed in a ZIP archive, along with a JPEG preview."
I have a few question for this.

1) Do i need to place my .eps file in a folder, and then zip it? or just simply zip the .eps file?(as some sites require it that way)

2)What does it mean by"Along with JPG preview"? should the .jpg file be in the zip file? or it means 1 zip file and 1 jpg file separately?

Sorry if it's a very common question..

Zip the EPS and JPG together, but not in a folder. Just select the two files for compression into a ZIP file.

Make sure the JPG is fairly large, also. Mine are usually around 5000x5000px or somewhere around there.

And other thing for FT in case you don't know is that your eps file can be no bigger than 2 megabtytes unless that's changed?

Thanks for the reply but i tried and it doesn't work..It got rejected again saying" Photograph declined-technical problem". It's a vector btw, does it matter?

Does it mean that it's only technical problem and i will get accepted as long as i fix that? I wonder is that an automated email sent out for every rejection regardless the actual reason...

I've tried the method mentioned above but still got rejection. my EPS is just 883KB, JPG 4.7MB. Tried zipping them together but failed.
Any idea?
