Title: Video Cover Image
Post by: RAW on April 07, 2017, 04:44
Hi,

I'm still uploading video to Adobe/Fotolia through my Fotolia account.

I'm debating if it's worth the hassle of setting up an Adobe account and uploading directly through Adobe.

Using Fotolia I can not set a cover frame for the video. Does Adobe let you choose a video cover image?

Any other benefits uploading through Adobe?

Thanks!

There is no harm in syncing your Fotolia account to the Adobe Stock Contributor Portal and having a look for yourself. You may like it better, you may not. There is no downside to syncing as you can continue to submit through Fotolia if you decide that is your preference.

To answer your other question, no I'm sorry but you cannot set the thumbnail for videos at this time through Adobe Stock or Fotolia.

Hi Mat,

Thanks for the info.

It's a shame about the thumbnail image. That would definitely make me sync accounts.

It's sod's law that Fotolia picks a really bad video thumbnail for some of my best clips.
