I got an email saying this is about to expire and that I need to resubmit (since the info hasn't changed).
Anybody see how to do this please - or must I just redo the whole thing?

I just opened the last one in another browser and duplicated it on a new form.  If you miss anything, when you hit preview it will pop up and you need to fix before you can submit.

I got the same email too but when I went to my tax center to re-submit the tax form I noticed the expiration date was 2014-12-31

why resubmit if expiration date is 2014-12-31? am I missing something?

I've been busy and have only just got this done.  I see I've been paying withholding tax.  Can I get that back now?  My country has a zero percent agreement and I don't see why other sites never take withholding tax but FT have.
