Good day everyone, if you don't mind, I wanted to ask a question, since I didn't get a normal answer from Meta =( Tell me, I often see authors in the top 200 rating, who, with sales of 1000+, roughly speaking, just came to the stock, as they do with a small number of photos immediately get into the top 200, the quality is not strong... That is indeed possible. People buying each others files to push up their portfolios.

I got that impression too, they download each others free images, maybe even paid ones, who knows...
And they upload 1000 AI images in one day so that helps their position in search for sure.

What do you mean by "banned"? they deleted your account?

for a month blocking ... the consequences of the weekly rating fell from 1500-2000 to 4500-6000 ...

The "How it works" text from that page might give a clue:

"The goal of this feature, apart from celebrating our talented contributors, is to inform you of what type of content is trending based purely on sales data.

Recent top sellers are determined each week using the following process:
For each asset type we generate a list of 200 contributors who made the most sales in the previous week, only considering their uploads from the past six months. Then, we order the list based on each contributor’s uploads/sales ratio, and the top 10 contributors on this list are featured as “Recent top sellers”.

Contributors are eligible to be featured at most once every five weeks. This selection process is subject to change in the future."
