Hopefully I made these with good limits and definitions to group by the numbers. LIFETIME and you can change your vote, if something changes and you care. I'm not sure how high these go, so I added the 50,000, and also, I know that sometimes people see "- - -" for the lifetime, that comes and goes.

Since it's lifetime, the brackets and position are not likely to have big changes. I expect to move up, as I pass people who quit, and my DL numbers increase over time. I'm fairly sure that these numbers, include Fotolia sales. Someone who was very active there for many years, will hold their position, until we catch up and pass them.

I just recalled that this can be found in the dashboard if you click on lifetime.  I had forgotten it was there.  I'm pretty sure that it does carry over from Fotolia.

And I have to say, WOW I'm impressed with the results so far. Many more people, in the better position than I expected. I should know better. There was a time when the poll results worked and based on what IS reported, the MSG forum was in the top 5% of all IS contributors.

Currently position 451 up from 453 at the beginning of Jan 25.

Only 34 people, the forum is broken, can't load, can't save, and what's left is a half dozen people, arguing politics.

Climbed up from 22.000 to 17.850 this year.

I'm now at 446... up from 451 in my last post (453 beginning of the year). Creeping up one by one.

Good to see that you are passing people. I re-joined about ten years ago. Seems like it wasn't that long back. But by 2015, the market and activity was already slowing and dropping. My theory is, I'm just starting to pass people who quit ten years ago, but had sales on FT for the good times. If they closed their account, that means, they won't be improving, maybe they aren't counted? But for what's probably many more, people just stopped adding new, stopped participating and they have whatever residual income from the early years.

I'll look at the end of the year and see if I crept up any. I suppose, the limited number of new people, who work harder could be passing me, but that's the AI boom, which will eventually level off. More people producing means less individual gains.

For me, it's exactly the opposite. I drop 10 positions every three to four weeks.

So you can see that your diligence is rewarded and my laziness is punished.

Yes, I agree with you. I get paid something, based on my effort. I thought in the past, it was fair to get what I deserved, as it is Microstock. The problem is, I now have thousands more images and get paid much less. That part irks me.

I don't care where Adobe slots me, in the position. It's unreliable and we don't know what it means of how it's calculated. One person says it the last week, but it changes on Sunday night, back to zero. Where's the reasoning and logic in that? Can't be.

People with the identical rank, have different sales numbers. People with identical sales numbers, have different rank. In other words, mostly, it's just a mysterious number, with no basis in fact. If the weekly is unreliable, I can't assume that the Lifetime, is any better.

If someone from Adobe would come out and say, here's what it is and how it's calculated, that would make the number more entertaining, but it doesn't change anything else. The only thing that matters is, how much did Adobe deposit into my Paypal account, last year.  Not RPI, RPD, Views, Rank, Position, likes, or anything else.

You can compare the figures and see whether that seems realistic.
There are certainly deviations in the weekly ranking because it is not calculated in real time. These deviations should not exist in the overall ranking.

So: My lifetime ranking has fallen to 3,090 today.
I've had 45,625 downloads at Adobe so far - I have only images, no videos.
If there is someone who has sold a similar number of images sold, they can post their total downloads.
If there are significant deviations - which I don't believe - then the Adobe statistics would not be correct.

Then probably just the top 100 are making real money and the rest gets the scraps nowdays.

Very close to my Pos: 17600 (6595 downloads)... I don't have a lot of downloads these days, so you'll probably be ahead in a week or 2 (congrats).
