Title: Why can't my account use Adobe Stock
Post by: [email protected] on December 06, 2019, 07:09
Adobe Stock is not available on your account.
If you believe this is an error, please contact your IT administrator.
Can anyone help me? Teach me how to modify my settings, is there something wrong with my settings?

You probably need to provide some more information to understand why you're not able to access Stock.

First guess might be that you're in a country where you can't get it?

Adobe Stock subscriptions for Creative Cloud teams may be purchased at any Adobe reseller. Adobe Stock subscriptions and licenses for individuals may be purchased online in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, the UK, Ireland, South Africa, New Zealand, Australia, Japan, Russia, Brazil, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Belgium, Switzerland, Finland, Luxembourg, Germany, France, Italy, Austria, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Poland, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Malta, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Cyprus, India, Hong Kong, Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, and Taiwan.

Otherwise, this might be a good place to start: https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/help/plans.html (https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/help/plans.html)

Hope this helps and if it doesn't, could you please verify that you have an Adobe ID and that you're logged in when accessing the Stock page.  Also, if you're in a company or have any kinds of access restrictions on your internet connection, that could be it too.

Cheers,
Dennis

Funnily, today I have barely made a sale and avg would be 40 or so a day but since 11pm yesterday, I've had 4. I've sent a message through to support because it seems as though something is wrong somewhere. I hope so anyway, I made 5 times more last Sunday :o

This looks like a customer facing error message. If you are logged in with an Enterprise Adobe ID but your Enterprise account doesn't subscribe to stock you might see something like this.

Close your browser and clear your cache then navigate to contributor.stock.adobe.com

If you were signed in with an Enterprise Adobe ID you will most likely need to sign out with that and create a non-Enterprise Adobe ID to contribute to Adobe Stock.

Good luck,

Mat

You will need to use a different email address and create a new Adobe ID. This is free to do and the process can begin at the homepage of the contributor portal. Be sure you are logged out of all things Adobe with your Enterprise ID.

I can't fully understand what you mean. Could you please explain the detailed operation? Then wasn't the drawing in front of me in vain?

What if I still want to watch the gallery site with my contributor account? So what should I do? Please tell me, I remember I was OK before, why not now?

This is likely a scenario best handled directly through support. Please open a ticket using the contact us link at the bottom of the Adobe Stock Contributor portal. If you don't have access, email [email protected]

Thanks,

Mat

I have contacted you many times and haven't got any reply and news. I thought that Adobe didn't have human customer service, it felt like there was no robot!

Do not attempt to contact us via Adobe.com customer service. We have a separate support team for stock contributors. Please see my post above for instructions on how to reach us.

Thanks,

Mat
