Title: anyone have an account terminated with offer to re-apply at lower pay rate?

has anyone had any experience with a stock agency terminating your account or contract, and then allowing you to reapply so they can force you into starting over again at the lowest pay rate?

No, I have no experience with that. But if it would happen to me, I wouldn't accept their offer, especially if I felt the reason for the previous account termination was unjustified.

Is it a micro or macro agency? I assume it's not one of the bigger microstock agencies (I've never seen that happen).
