You don't search the most popular keywords to keyword your own images. You just put what's actually in your images. The most popular keywords searched on are quite possilbly nude woman, but that doesn't mean it's being bought most, and there's no point in putting these keywords into your image unless that's actually what's in your image. There is no sense in p*ssing buyers off by keyword spamming.
There are some programs out there that claim to do some of the work, but the results are usually poor.

I think Yuri's program is a good way to remember obvious keywords, and getting the spelling correct. It also shows some search data.

Thanks for the advise, I was coming from a view of not using these for my own keyword, just want to see if there is any thing out there that can be utilize.

I would suggest searching for topics you are interested in and getting ideas.  If you like skiing, search for that and see if there are other 'side topics' that also relate to skiing that are getting good sales.

The 'top search terms' are also the top competition areas.  You will probably do better if you manage to find a niche that isn't over supplied and fill it up with great images.  There are still a few niche areas lacking good images.

MicrostockGroup also has a keywording tool here
