Hi the inspection time is very long on shutterstock what happen?

Hopefully they are actually reviewing images now

6 month later it take 1 day to inspect and now 3 days

Yes, it's been around three days lately and sometimes in the past it was minutes.

Reminder, Editorial, video and Illustrations go to a different review track. My three days is for photos. My last Editorial was 2 days.

Very slow now.

One support agent told me that there is a problem and they are trying to fix it. I have videos that doesn't appear and photos for review for 5-6 days now.

Yeah, their AI computer broke down and nobody knows how to actually review a photo anymore! Sort of like the bank tellers today- when the computer go off line the actually close the branch down.

SS inspects photos still?

It's like 3 days now, previously it was like a matter of hours. But I do think they use machines.

They reject authorizations of models that have already been approved previously.

My videos always gets approved after a few hours, but I haven't uploaded pictures in a while..

I don't care if it's a week or More as long as it's done correctly. really...whats the Hurry. you going somewhere. go shoot.

the same for me. I had a couple of images 10 days there and the answer was: "if it's over 10 days then reupload it". What i finally have done and now waiting another since 7 days already...
Don't know what's going on...

with the amount of sales I now get on SS I really don't care how long it takes for them to review them- they won't sell anyway

 853,165 images added last week.....lowest for a long time I think. Wonder if a there is a huge backlog as they have miscalculated inspector needs or they are actually taking time to review properly and at least rejecting some of the more outrageous rubbish/similars.
