Post by: Peter on May 06, 2008, 04:53
I made a little series with my friednd, and we were joking a little, and came out this image:

What do you think could it be accepted at FT, and SS? hhhhh. This is a joke image... I dont know should I upload it at stock sites...

It has sold all right :)

Yours is better composed, has better color, and a better expression.  The top one is sort of dull, on an old wood table, and the expression is just kind of squinched up.  JMO...

A little more light and I could actually imagine it in some weird add.  I´m sure it sells:) There´s buyers for everything, just like there´s a girl for anyone, no matter how ugly u are...

Sometimes designers are looking for something a little different. I would definitely upload it, since it has kind of a geeky computer wiz concept to it  ;)

It has a lot of stray pixels around the guy, especially along the back and around the head. Fotolia would surely accepted it. You might want to clean it up for SS.

Strange images sell.  A colleague has a series of very odd facial expressions, and I even saw one in use in an ad.
