Anyone know anything about "Masterfile"?

It went out of business and got bought out by this company>http://www.crestock.com/ (http://www.crestock.com/) who then kind of changed to this> https://www.designpics.com/ (https://www.designpics.com/). Make your own opinion of this company.
My opinion. Its a mess.

Used to be part of Crestock who somehow seemed to be acquired by MasterFile

and they seemed to go bankrupt and was bought out by designpics

Crestock sold to masterfile and sold to designpics said they would not pay me my earned $45 in royalties just $5 short of $50 payout because of bankruptcy.
I didn't trust them to not go bankrupt again so I left them.
