$3 is fine. Payoneer also takes a commission for withdrawing money to a bank card. Nothing is free.

But payments from SS don't have the $3 fee. I think the difference is you can request payment at anytime at AS vs you have to wait for SS to pay you.
BTW, Payoneer is introducing $29.95 annual fee in some countries if your total received payment is less than $2000 per year. If you're subjected to the fee, you will be notified through the notifications section when you log-in, no email about it.
To check which countries are affected (strangely New Zealand is listed but there are no details).

Payoneer is more affordable for larger payouts when you are converting to another currency. Typically their exchange rate is 1.5% to 2.5% better than Paypal. Meaning you are saving a lot of money even after the fee if you are cashing out a few hundred dollars.
I don't use their card or anything, just transfer out to a bank account.

No, they charge me that fee despite the fact that I receive much more than 2000$ per year. Regarding the 3$ fee it's applicable for all agencies except SS and Istock/Getty

So if I don’t have more than 2000usd in my account they’ll charge me 29.99usd for me to pay them forcefully for just having an account open with them?? Tf? Are they just trying to run their company down the drain at this point or what?
