Title: AdStock/MyLoupe changes - stay or leave?

I didn't find any topic about this. I wonder if I am the only one in AdStock/MyLoupe?

They have annouced the end of their agencies and that our images may be transfered to Universal Images Group, where they will still be sold as RF or RM as before and will be also distributed by Getty and Corbis, unless we prefer otherwise.
Our share is 50%.

I don't see apparently any reason why not accept the deal, and I wonder if anyone sees a problem. I confess I did no read all the license agreement, just the parts about shares, non-exclusivity and redistribution.

I had around 30 images on myLoupe for about 10 years and didn't see any sales.  I realize the amount of images was very low and they weren't that good either... but I decided to just close the account there.  It felt nice to prune down the number of sites I'm selling through and felt like a good time.
