I just ran across this discussion on linkedin about a stock agency that some here might be interested in called HispanicVIP http://hispanicvip.com/ - there is no payment info for photographers but the contact info is on the site if anyone wants more info. They sell Rights Managed and Royalty Free.

How do we get photographers interested in uploading images in a stock website?
We want to have a good selection of hispanic photography in our site, we mostly need hispanic lifestyle in the US, but has been very hard to get photographers to upload their pictures, or at least pictures with commercial value.
