Microstockphoto:
did you actually contact them? if not, thats the first step to take

Dakota:
I have applied for a few briefs and been shortlisted a few times. Personally I think it is a waste of time as nothing comes of it.
Alot of the briefs are probably fake or few are commissioned. And most of the briefs are very cheap - $250 is not a good price in my opinion.
I am getting alot of messages to sign upto their promoted photographer scheme which at $20 and $60 a month I think is very risky and possibly a waste of money.
I would rather distribute content to my agencies which make regular sales each month.

Same here. I've been shortlisted at least 10 times and never chosen. And it was very hard to tell if the brief was even awarded. Just says "closed". I've given up on them.

I have followed and about 87% was closed, so only 13% was awarded. My test time is coming to end and result, I am pretty sure it's waste of time. Maybe there is few who make some income. But is it to good place to make money, I do not think so. I think it's much better themselves, collect membership subscriptions and so on. It's shame, I like an idea of prices and how they market images.

Nowadays there are many sites doing those things, calling it briefs, challenges, requests etc. All waste of time
