Title: Anyone a Canon Professional Services member?

Just registered as a free CPS member.  Anyone else part of this program?  Anyone part of the gold or platinum program?  Thoughts good bad or otherwise?

I am a member. I pretty much have to be because I cannot have down time with my camera bodies.

Have you had any good or bad experiences with them?  I'm not sure it's worth paying the $100 or $500 for the premium memberships and I'm trying to decide.  I have enough "points" but I'm looking at "bang for the buck"

When did they change the membership terms? It used to be the lowest (free) level provided a 20% discount on repairs, as well as 3-day turnaround. I see they've changed that to 30%, but you have to be at the Gold level and pay $100/year. Crappy, but understandable.  >:(
